These terms apply when you use Kitsaku (kitsaku.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Kitsaku is free to use and is paid for by ads and affiliate links. We may change, pause or stop any app, or the whole site, at any time and without notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Kitsaku's apps are free tools for general information. Results such as miles, points, prices or dates are estimates based on public information that can change without notice, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Check with the official source (for example, the airline, hotel or bank) before you book, buy or decide anything. Nothing on Kitsaku is financial, legal or tax advice.

Kitsaku is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promise that it will be accurate, complete, always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Kitsaku and the person who runs it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its results, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or missed bookings. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that applicable law, including Indonesia's consumer protection law, does not allow to be limited.

Brand names shown in the apps belong to their owners. Kitsaku is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. Ads and links to other websites come from third parties; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Affiliate links

Some links on Kitsaku are affiliate links. If you click one and then sign up or buy, Kitsaku may earn a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you. Commissions can affect which offers we show and where, but never what an app calculates. We don't list every product available, and we label each affiliate link where it appears.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. They're published in English and Indonesian; if the two versions differ, the Indonesian version applies.
